It’s your wedding, so why should you get caught up with what other people are doing? Don’t be afraid to include objects, locations or activities that have special significance to you or your relationship. The place where you first met, maybe a shot of you both sharing your favourite dessert, something you made together in a craft workshop, the list is endless! Maybe matching t-shirts are your thing – go for it! 

The path less travelled

If you want to get off the island for your shoot, don’t be afraid to take the unconventional route. Paris may be the city of love, but who says you can’t capture your love somewhere else? If your first holiday together was somewhere in the region like Bali, that would be an ideal choice. Or maybe find a secluded beach for a casual but oh-so-sweet shoot together.
