FAQ

With 100 pax new regulations, how many people can The Secret Patio fit?

Based on the new government guidelines, the new 100 pax regulation actually has got 2 conditions to fulfill:

1) 100 pax will have to be split into 2 rooms – 50/50
2) 100 pax will have to be split into different time slots with 30min in between for cleaning and disinfection.

Whilst also adhering to safe distancing guidelines of tables and chairs 1m apart, and 5 pax per table.

To answer the question, The Secret Patio can hold up to 60-65 Pax with safe distancing measures. However, you will still need to split your guestlist into half of which in this case, a different time slot will be ideal.

What are the payment terms?

It’s 50% deposit upfront with remaining 50% balance paid 14 days before the day of the event. A refundable security deposit of $500 will also be required on top of the deposit payment.

Are there any additional cost we need to be aware of?

Cleaning and disinfecting fees of $180 will be required as part of the government mandatory regulation for all venues assessable to the public.

Do you charge if I bring in my own caterer? Or venue stylist?

No we don’t charge for external catering or vendors. However, we will need you to sign a waiver to indicate that we will not be responsible for any injuries, food poisoning, etc. No nailing, ceiling installations, or permanent installations are allowed. Open fire for catering is also not allowed.
